Why is it that I get tired and just want to sleep after doing the grand ritual?
I do feel the energy and meditate on Zeus’s energy and it feels ok while I’m doing it. But after I’m done I get tired and sleepy.

Active HelperThese rituals are a very large effort. You are using the energy of your soul when you do them. Just like with physically moving heavy things, you will be tired after. You will get stronger and it will become easier.
Lead TranslatorDo energy rising meditation before it. It might not solve the problem entirely but it can help. Also, just do a deep trance meditation after it for like 20 minutes and you'll feel fresh.

So sleep. It is okay. When you overeacting over something the slept is needed. Rest, you did good.
