Workings: #76021 New working gets me ill

Hi, every time I start a new working, be it positive or removing negativity, I either at the start, in the middle or at the end of working get ill. Every. Single. Time.

And the most bizarre thing? My chakras and Aura always look squeaky clean and bright, same with my Aura (as I've heard illnesses manifest in the aura). So I just don't get it.

I've done a lot of workings to remove all kinds of negative karma, be it from health, love life, wealth, etc. It just keeps happening.

How can I stop this from happening? Thanks!

I think it's just bad karma coming out. Keep cleaning your aura and chakras.

I have fallen "sick" while trying to overcome big obstacles, or doing very intense magickal workings, like a very short flu without the aura/chakra dirt.
I think this is emotional, very high stress weakens the immune system and digestive/intestine organs. While the related chakras still work good and generate energy, the internal demand is too high so the immune system weakens. Like a turbocharged engine (where the turbocharger is your chakras) perfectly tuned, that is climbing an extreme hill so it overheats. At least this is how I perceive it.
I also noticed I need high amounts of vitamins in those cases, I think physically reinforcing immune system may help (supplements, probiotics, C vitamin) helps. Also 3rd chakra workings - I found the Sun Salutation yoga is of great help as engine octane booster here - several reperitions in a row daily.

I think someone more expert in terms of Chinese Medicine, qi, etc. may add some ideas here
