It takes me way longer than the average time to complete god rituals, I usually take 40 minutes to do rituals that say 18-20 minutes long. Is this bad? I have been enjoying the rituals but I realized I must do it slower than most, I concentrate on each letter of each rune, will this impede my spiritual development or anger the Gods?

The time durations suggested in the God Rituals and the other rituals are merely estimates and are therefore relative. Each individual is different - some may complete them more quickly, while others may take longer time to finish them; it will neither hinder your spiritual development nor anger the Gods.
