Myostatin related muscle hypertrophy, a mutation that basically makes people super strong and lean. Does anyone know if it's possible and how it could be done?

Well we only use 30% something of our muskle force, so our bones don´t get damaged.
If you want to decrease weight eat less then you consume food/energy a day.

!Not for new or inexperienced meditators!
I made this rune working a jear ago, if you imagine while doing it, your body in the way you did describe above, it might work:

Increasing your muscular anabolism or strength or whatever mainly falls under the fire element, with perhaps some earth to support it. Therefore, use Uruz, Saulo, Sun/Mars energies or Squares, etc. Thurisaz may work, but I would be careful with Hagl. Even if either of those had some positive benefits, the original things I mentioned are much more related and also safer.

Other than what other people suggested, let me add not to overdo it. Hypertrophy, which literally means excessive nourishment, is impractical for survival purposes because it hampers mobility and stamina. We are talking professional bodybuilder levels, not the average guy in the gym who looks good whom I cannot comment about because I don't know him.

One trick is to increase the amount of strength and power per gram of muscle, resulting in a more condensed size like gymnasts and swimmers. In other worse, more density and mass, less volume. This can obviously be programmed with workings. And it leads to what could be called eutrophy (harmonious/balanced nourishment), differently from hypertrophy which is a form of dystrophy (impaired nourishment) just like hypotrophy (deficient nourishment).

Another thing that may be of interest to you is iron shirt qigong. This will strengthen your fasciae (initially), then down to your joints, etc. It is done by packing bioelectricity in the right areas, and protects you from damage. It was done as preliminary training before martial arts and any advanced gymnastic development in the past, then continued throughout those stages of athletic development.

Back to the Hercules gene, I think the 'hypertrophy' descriptor is an improper addition to it based on modern ignorance and broscience. A more accurate term would be something that relates to 'faster nourishment/growth', but I don't remember how that could be said in Greek. Probably, tachytrophy, which is on a different scale compared to eutrophy and dystrophy. Be mindful: I am not referring to you when I mention 'modern ignorance and broscience' but to those who coined the term. After all, Hercules isn't represented like a bodybuilder, given that the modern bodybuilding philosophy did not exist in Ancient Greece, no matter what fakers say.

Regarding Fuchs' advice, I would not personally advise using Hagl on yourself because people have reported (personally to me!) negative effects from it. Also, using more than one colour in a working is not beginner-friendly, like Fuchs already stated. Two colours is already beyond beginners, three colours... One would need to work with colours in meditation to learn how to use them together, before starting any working that uses multiple colours. Once you learnt to blend their energies harmoniously, it is safe to use them. Some people who are not experienced in using colours may not notice difficulties in blending energies. This may due to lack of sensitivity most likely, but more rarely to experience with colours relating to past lives.

Using multiple runes in individual workings follows the same kind of guidance. Remember that we are not talking about general level of advancement here but advancement in a particular skill. Like everything, skills also have their progression patterns. One may be well very advanced in the general path toward godhood but a complete beginner in a particular skill. There is absolutely no shame in it. Nobody can pursue infinite skills at the same time. It is unrealistic and we have to start from somewhere. There are soft skills and hard skills. Soft skills are skills that translate well to any practice such as trance, void, etc; hard skills are more technical skills that relate to something specific such as colour, aura, asteropekinesis and so on.

I hope this addition is helpful to it. If you don't care about it, feel free to ignore it.

Did they use my working or just a other combination with hagl? (I mainly use green color for the working)
I do it, since I did post it to this day. No bad experience so far I can tell.

Not your working. Just the rune Hagl. Some have also reported issues when using Isa on others, but that's just because they do not know how to separate themselves from the energies and only focus them on other people.

If you worry to much about negative stuff , that could happen, which the rune could cause, while using a rune, you might get this, as it should be clear only fokus on the positive you want from the rune/runecombination/intended working (white magic).
