I think it's important to mention the help of an SS who helped me with several letters - thanks to him I started to change this and made progress.

There are too many mentally ill people in our society, and Judaism is a monumental cause of this. You are made to believe that you are shit, that you know nothing, then offered "freedom" on a platter in the person of "Jesus" and enslaved.

You're a spiritual prisoner in a big Jewish mill wheel working against you - look around you - most people are just wandering around and don't know who they are. Do you know who you are? Are you destined by Satan to live with mental illness?

Problems in life are like relationships - they come and go. If you get stuck in the past, it will haunt you in the present and fuck up your future. One problem causes another problem, and solving that problem eliminates the other problem.

Life depends on understanding and Knowledge. Knowing something is always easier than understanding it - you know your mental problems are driving you crazy - and that's because you don't understand, you just know. There is a difference between Knowledge and Understanding just as there is a difference between life and death.

What you learn you know for a while - what you understand reflects back on Knowledge and you never forget. Every symptom of a problem is within you on the scale of mental illness, and you look for every cause within yourself because something has triggered this negative process within you.

You cannot find the answer even if you do not want to.

Living in the grip of obsessive thoughts, you cannot free yourself and give in to melancholy. I will try to help you with this by describing what I went through and how I resolved it. Starting with "obsessive thoughts", then depression, anxiety, paranoia.

Obsessive thoughts are, as the name suggests, obsessive thoughts <THOUGHTS>. Thoughts in themselves are just thoughts, without power or capacity to manifest - in themselves they mean nothing on the scale of power. In fact, it is thoughts that bother people, that they fight against.

I'll give you an example - you hate ice cream - your mind subconsciously remembers this, and later [involuntarily] you have intense thoughts about ice cream. They don't stop because you don't actually let them stop. Note: Ice cream is just an example, a "nice" word for a negative disease.

Your emotions block and haunt you with them. They come up when you don't expect them, when you're happy, and then suddenly they kick in - and you're melancholy, fighting something that has no meaning or power.

The obsessions exist against you, you don't understand.

You have a long road ahead of you to overcome them, but you can do it [applying Spiritual Knowledge] on your own, you just have to want to.

Let's start with the fact that these are thoughts you don't want - in other words, you are afraid or disgusted by them. They are reflected in your emotions, which are reflected in your mood. Emotions can also be understood as a certain personality within your personality.

If you're sad, if you're happy, if you're depressed, if you're tired - new personalities are created within your personality, although that's just my opinion on it. All your feelings have a reason, they are often conscious, often hidden in your subconscious.

In short - your obsessions will exist as long as you associate negative feelings with them. Invoke the Fire element, do 40 or even 80 days of work focused on solving the problem - recognising the problem will start you on the path to a solution.

What I have found with these is that when they appear they are associated with a certain feeling - disgust - but this varies in proportion to the personality and the type of obsessive thinking. The biggest mistake here is believing these thoughts to be true - nothing could be further from the truth.

Understand and take this to mean that these are just forced thoughts with the word "thought" in them. This has no reality content because in my experience, forced thoughts occupy a different place in your mind than your thoughts.

There is nothing real about forced thoughts, and that is against you. Not against what the thought comes from - no. It serves to hold you back and slow you down. It has nothing to do with the "images" created in your mind, they only harm you, no one else.

This can be difficult to grasp [especially in extreme cases where Magic conflicts with compulsive thoughts], but it will work. When you understand that the only target of your obsessive thoughts is YOU, you will make great strides in this.

They don't necessarily disappear overnight, but what is it about the short term in life that gives you lasting, constructive results?

Lifestyle change will help you do that. See your friends more, go out with your mates, break away from the false reality of obsession. Ask your mind and you'll get the answer.

Ask yourself: "Why do I have these thoughts?". "What is the source?" "How can I stop it, permanently?"- Don't just ask these questions in the void, understand your own questions, because if you just say them out in the void, you won't get many answers.

Think carefully about the cause of the source, develop a strategy to eliminate it and start a 40/80 day job. Of course, there will be days [even more] when these thoughts don't occur at all, and then they come out of nowhere again.

Then just remember that you understood it once and it can't fool you. Once you've accurately analysed and deduced the source, and remember that you're working on eliminating it - if you're working on that, then you know exactly that you once understood it.

There will be times when it will generate emotions/images in your mind as if it were another thought. Anytime a compulsive thought comes to you - know that these are the same thoughts you once understood and realized were false, just presented in a different guise.

The OCD's only purpose is to fuck with you and hold you back. It varies from individual to individual, some more susceptible, others less - but it's still a phenomenon. Don't let your obsessive thoughts control you.

Look outside yourself. On the inside you see your obsessions, on the outside you fret about nothing. An outside person knows perfectly well that they don't exist - they exist only in your own world. As I wrote above - "Get rid of the false reality of your obsessions".

This is in the name, "THOUGHTS". This already explains it is false and just a parasite in your mind. Has compulsive thinking or compulsive illness ever given you anything good? I don't think so.

Next time it pops up, just think of the reason, which you already understand and know is a lie, and then forget about it. They'll keep coming until you're completely immune to them - if your emotions get in the way, call on the Fire element with situational affirmations. Do Void Meditation because it is extremely useful in your life.

Don't forget - "Without Knowledge, Power Is Lost, As Power Is Lost, So Is Understanding Lost And So Is True Knowledge Lost."

Unfortunately, I write all this from personal experience.

That's an awesome article brother!

This is a powerful knowledge, and I think everybody can benefit from it, even people without OCD or any mental illness, to eliminate a bad habits for example.

I also noted that it is "trendy" to have OCD or any kind of mental illness. This obviously comes from enemy agenda, and it influences the whole gen Z. Nearly same as the LGBTQ bullshit.

There is also a meditation, similar to aura cleaning, you just have to focus on the though and clean it off from yourself.
Maybe a freeing work with MUNKA can also help with similar problems.
One should also learn stoic way of thinking to help with such problems.

As you said, it is important to identify the problem's source.
