If you can't summon Satan generally, chances are you wouldn't be able to enjoy a succubus. If you're looking for a formal way, I personally don't know of one, however it's not difficult to imagine what it would look like. You could simply do a general formal ritual to Satan, as found on the Joy of Satan dedication ritual on their website, while changing the dedication letter to a request for a succubus. Avoid including any words you don't understand, they could be words that are related to the dedication ritual. Once you understand what the ritual looks like, and then follow it accordingly, you may or may not receive one. If you cannot generally experience a Demon and must pertain to formal rituals, then you'll likely have no results and may not even receive one because of that.
Insisting that Satan becomes a "matchmaker" between human and millennia old deities is rather odd. I personally see this as inappropriate unless such relationships already exist, sometimes they do. I can't imagine any of the Gods having any sexual interest in any human, except perhaps few exceptions. I'm aware my personal opinions regarding this do not represent reality, especially since it is known these relationships existed quite often in the past. Even though I understand a Demon's mind is no way comparable to my own, I still attempt to understand them through empathy. Personally, if someone were to bother me about getting laid while in the prime of spiritual war, I'd be extremely irritated. Again, Satan and the Gods might not feel this way. Even though I disagree with the practice, I'm still confident the method given above would work fine.
