I thought someone would say this but I should specify that money isn’t really the problem here. I can afford something that isn’t complete junk but for some reason I can’t find that vehicle. I don’t need money or luck or whatever I just wanted this working to be direct specifically for a car so that it would manifest stronger and faster than just “money”.

I've bought quite a few vehicles in my life and I have some decent advice for you.
First off you asked for spiritual help. The mantra KLEEM is a universal attractor and manifests any desire, but do your research as there are some things you need to know before using it. Don't be afraid but be aware and properly apply yourself. You can do something like AUM KLEEM NAMAH.

Don't buy from a dealership. These places are notorious for screwing people over and at best you're likely to be charged too much for what you get, even if the car itself is good.
Don't be scared of buying privately, BUT, you have to know what to look for or have the help of someone who has this knowledge and experience. This would be a long article on its own and seemingly not much use anyway. I say the best thing you yourself can do, is find a reputable mechanic, preferably with experience in other aspects of working on cars and/or in buying second hand cars. The right mechanic on your side when viewing options is THE best thing you can have in this. This will be someone that is recommended by people who actuality know him personally and by people who have dealt with him and genuinely recommend him. Of course you'll have to read them and use your discernment and judgement to be sure they're not just advertising for their or their friend's benefit. They'll likely charge you for their service but if they are the right man for the job, it's worth paying for their help if you can afford it. It shouldn't cost much. Also look online for the important things to look for, but really the absolute best way to be sure you've got a good deal is having the knowledge and experience or the help of someone with it.
Other things to be aware of and sure of to avoid being screwed:
Don't be emotional. Don't fall in love with the idea of a car you've seen an advert for, or become convinced it's the one just because you like it or it appeals to your desires. Of course there's nothing wrong with trying to find one that you feel this way about, or checking such cars out, but you have to be patient and coldly logical in making the decision.
For the second time, BE PATIENT. Find the right guy to assist you, educate yourself as well on what to look for, and search until you're certain that a particular option ticks all the boxes, or comes as close as possible for your budget and needs.
Go for practicality. First and foremost it must be in sound mechanical condition and the body must be free of rust etc. Mechanical condition is not just the engine and gearbox, it's the control arms, CV joints, brake calipers, steering rack, suspension etc. Don't go for something that "needs work" or "needs TLC" or "needs attention" as that almost always ends up costing more than you'll want to or be able to spend and is far too often a Trojan horse to pass on a bunch of problems to the buyer. Also check the relative cost of parts and spares and the availability of good quality pirate parts. You don't want nasty surprises when the time comes to replace or repair something, and that time will come.
Look online for common problems with any vehicle you want to view. Just search for the year, make, model, "common problems" for example "2007 Ford Fiesta common problems". This can save you a load troubles but remember to keep perspective here IE the number of vehicles giving the problem VS the number of that vehicle on the road.
You'll want to look into insurance as well. It's important to know before purchasing what level of insurance is mandatory in your country and what the vehicle you're considering will cost to insure. Get all the details of premiums, excess, exclusions etc. If your country's laws are slack and you're on a tight monthly budget, at the very least get 3rd party protection so that if you're in an accident in which other people are hurt or their vehicle/property is damages you'll be covered of it's decided you're to blame. Being legally responsible for this can fuck your life up if you're not covered for it.
And of course general running costs; fuel consumption, services, parts, repairs, tyres (another source of nasty surprises sometimes), insurance.

I have a “mechanic” that comes with me and looks at these cars online. He says everything sucks and has too many problems. I don’t even see the point of owning a vehicle now.
