Hi there Chris!
I'm no teacher or even a mediator but I have some things to say to you. Where did you recently leave from? Xtianity? Islam? Atheism? Did you do the dedication ritual? If you didn't dedicate yet then I highly advise you to do this first and foremost if you're serious about joining us. Deprogram from what program you have last escaped from first with our website, and use the search function for whatever you need to quickly get access to. Did you leave Xtianity? Go to the exposing christianity section. If it's Islam then this is for you.
Learn and read as much as you can before you get to work on anything serious, you'll need this advice the moment you get to some point in advancing here. But now, start doing beginner meditations at your consistent pace until you develop some "charged state", that way you can help out effectively with RTRs. I advise you to start doing them now after you do some meditations and daily however, you need to get rid of the enemy religion energy stuck on you completely like with this RTR or you won't be getting anywhere much more quickly.
On meditation schedules, please read this or would you rather have me do the explaining in short? Thank High Priest Hooded Cobra for creating this meditation schedule. It is a basis on what you're supposed to be doing instead of a 'prayer to god' like what xtians do every day yet accomplish fairly nothing significant for the development vector of their existence.
Remember again, please work at your own pace. As a veteran, I can say that over-working yourself on this path can ruin you in many ways you wish you wouldn't want to happen to you, look at some of my past posts for example, they're pretty ugly and I don't want that to be you, I want you to be a better version of yourself. Not like that crackhead past me at some points I'm unstable and part of this is because of stupid sad context like a shitty background of social abuse, trauma, past abusive father issues, past mistakes of becoming the very things that hurt me and offshoot negativity from all that. I'M PAST ALL THAT ALREADY.
Also remember to try talking to Satan and the caring side of Hell while you're a newbie, get in touch with him while you're a newbie, and take the path he offers you seriously. Just like how your parents are going to stop nurturing you like a child the moment you develop into the right age to be trained to become an adult who's useful to society, it is expected that you better do things you can already do just like how you're simply walking without fumbling and stumbling like you can't walk after you parents taught you how to walk YEARS AGO. That looks ugly even in an occult sense right?
Or that's just me having over expectations on everything which is why I never call myself a teacher, I'm just too rigid with myself and others who would be under my wings which is why I pay no mind in doing any mentorship anyway.

Just be smart, keep improving, and take care of yourself with everything the JoS has from then on. Let the Gods guide you through this.
