Dude distilled water is for cleaning muck, refrigerators, and air conditioners. You need to be really careful when you drink that shit. It is on the laundry detergent space for some reasons. Be careful as this acts like a flushing element.
"Purified by steam distillation, micron filtration, and UV disinfection"
Nothing else added into it that would be bad. This month it even says "Kosher for passover" on it and they don't usually love to poison themselves.
There's salt and all the other minerals and ions I need in all the food I eat.
Thank you for caring, but I think it's safe.
I have been drinking it with added salt for nearly a year, I feel better than ever.

I need to bring to your attention that there is a difference between distilled water and bottled distilled water. Water molecules act as a magnet, so plastic d.w. bottles release many more toxic chemicals than they do into regular drinking water (like Evian, Sanpellegrino, etc.) The longer the distilled water stays on the shelf, the more polluted it gets.

So if you're interested in drinking it, I recommend you purchase a water distiller with a glass jug. However, HP Hooded Cobra is right about the danger involved. So instead of drinking it pure, you should add in salts or lemon juice, or use it for coffee or chocolate drink. This practice nullifies the cleansing effect, as the Hydrogen atoms are busy hugging something else rather than your gut lining.
