I don't really give advice but I just felt like doing so today.
Communication happens all the time when u request help over matters, until your clairaudience is wide open and strong, the Demons will guide you in ways you won't even realize they do. If you are looking for direct communication I must say this is an entire privilege, but ask your GD how to communicate with He/She and stay faithful to the path =)
Now answering your question straightforward if we are referring to direct communication :
- A strong and open soul
- A strong and open mind
Now how can you attain these?
- Work on your chakras. ( vibrating mantras, rotating them, inhaling energy in them ) ( btw always program your energy )
- Work on your aura. ( Inhale energy [ this in my personal opinion is the ultimate technique in strengthening your aura ], do meditations that empower the entire soul [ RAUM, SATANAMA.. ])
- Work on your openness. ( void meditation, trance, visualization, hearing astral sounds in trance, roam around in your trance and freely explore, allow yourself to be open and curious )
- Work on your astral senses. ( meditation on clairaudience points, chakra sounds by Azazel, mimic real life sounds in your astral ears, twist them, pitch them up down, louder quieter... )
Ask your GD for Guidance, trust your guts and let yourself open to the way.
