premise: i apologize for asking this question specifically to Blitzkreig, i’m sure there are plenty of other advanced members here who could answer me accurately but for several reasons i’d rather have his only answer, thanks for your patience

in a few days i'll be completely healed from the accident and i'd like to begin once and for all a specific meditation routine
by specific i mean, a routine of essential meditations to be performed every single day
so nothing outside of what is most essential, basic, at your discretion Blitz
besides this routine i'll have a lot of commitments and corrections to implement, so i would not want to get lost in "superfluous" meditations, at least for now
if i ask for this help instead of creating it on my own is because i know that now i wouldn't be able to apply the right criterion in this
i can tell you that i can definitely dedicate a few hours every single day and not necessarily in a predefined time frame but also scattered throughout the day if deemed necessary
also, whatever your answer will be i'll follow your instructions to the letter

lastly
having specifically asked you, Blitzkreig
take your time and answer me when you can, i'm in no hurry
thank you in advance 🫂

The 40 day beginner pdf does a good job at giving the beginner everything they would need. You want to break up your routine based on essentials, such as mind training (void, visualization, trance), cleaning, protection, empowerment, yoga/pranayama, contact with the Gods of some sort (rituals or sigil meditation), astral senses, spiritual warfare, and personal workings.

Based on personal circumstances, you might put more time into one area than others. For example, someone who needs more grounding and vitality should do more yoga. Those with active minds need more mind training. Sometimes yoga can compensate for empowerment, but beginners should spend time on their chakras individually until they are open. Warfare and workings are also variable based on personal needs or ritual schedules. Astral sensing can be limited to just vision and energy feeling for beginners, and so on.

If you have a few hours, you can certainly spend lots of time on each area, provided you don't feel burnt out from it all. It is hard for me to give specifics, because I don't know what you can handle and are comfortable with, however. If you can plan something based on the previous information, I can give you more feedback, though.
