It depends on what you think cheating is, everyone has their own view of what they consider cheating and what they don't.
But being honest, I don't think it's normal and respectful, I would consider it cheating because it's MY way of thinking.
Get rid of that girl and find someone who respects you and doesn't do that kind of thing.
You deserve someone who loves you, not someone who doesn't care about having you by their side.

I agree with the sentiment from above. Altough I wouldn't consider it cheating myself, it's definitely disrespectful or at the very least, inconsiderate about how you may feel about it.

Be with someone who cares and considers how you may feel about certain situations.

And also, don't be afraid to express these feelings to anyone you're interested with in the future.

I think you need to have a serious conversation with this girl, look at what she will tell you, look at her reaction and draw conclusions about whether it is worth building a relationship with her further or not.
