I sleep well everyday ....I am an active person ,but everytime I meditate sleep out of nowhere comes to me ..I do not sleep during other times or other works ..Why do I sleep during meditation session alone out of nowhere

Your body may not be getting the energy it needs, so you may feel sleepy when you are relaxed. You can prevent this by exercising, by eating food that gives you energy.

I had a similar situation and this situation was solved by doing all the things I mentioned above, and I also wash my face before every meditation session, I smell cologne or something so that I can go into that meditative state without falling asleep, I can concentrate more easily.

Hello. This is something that happens to some people, it has to do with some people's mindsets not wanting to meditate so it causes the person to just fall asleep instead.

Try telling yourself very firmly, 5-20 times something like "I am successfully staying awake to complete my meditations. Meditating is easy, natural, and enjoyable for me!"

And before you start meditating, maybe do some breath of fire or some quick yoga to raise your bioelectricity levels.

Aside from the above, you can attempt to meditate in the mornings as well. You can wake up, brush your teeth, drink some water and stretch. This should be enough to have you fully awake and meditate with an active mind. To take it even further, stepping outside for 5 minutes in the morning immediately wakes up the body as well.

Hope this helps. :)
