Let's not talk about the fact that I am a super-duper-duper master-flex, lord of awesomeness, lord of shadows, the greatest of the greats, a genius recognized by the asamblea of cosmic onna, the best bioengineered creation of the gods, the only one of my kind and other genera, an archimagnate of the universe, a cosmic anomaly of perfection, an unimaginable miracle of progress, a champion of mental qualities and simply the most perfect of all.

So guys, on my way to even greater results (I believe there is no limit to development) I have a situation where my head is filled with nothing but development and when I'm not training I'm constantly thinking about how to get better and only during sleep I didn't think about it, but now I not only think but I do it in my sleep and in my opinion, even when my body turns to ashes and my soul is accompanied by demons, I will continue to meditate. So I have a question: how can I meditate even better in my dreams? Are there any peculiarities that distinguish deep trance and sleep, yes, apparently my unconscious has become subservient to me and there is no need for me to evolve only in the waking state. unfortunately, I don't have enough signal to communicate with the gods, so I came to ask you a question, do you also remember past lives and that's why you came here? and I also have a trained skill of quick calculation, for example, I can see all the moves in chess or other board games where there are no dice. I have another question, can the gods give me a cat with divine consciousness to train with?

I would disagree with the above statement to a degree considering the possibilities of single-pointed focusing training that can be done in the sleep.

If one is lucid dreaming and has the mastery of focus it makes sense that there will be something of benefit there.

From personal experience I have felt the energies very clear when meditating in my dreams/sleep. Few instances with limited time.

Although, one will have to be very adept at controlling their mind if one wishes to do this constantly and for long periods of time.

Instead of the normal way of keeping the focus during trance while awake you will now have to add staying aware that you're in a dream if one wishes to do the above.

Mastering one's meditation program when awake is more practical than to trying to do them in a more difficult setting, like in a dream.

It's pretty cool to wake up to another dream, like a dream within a dream.

I dont remember exactly but it was very wierd, did it happen to you?

I think in the deepest trance, you will fall asleep and still be conscious. In this lucid dreaming, I think it is possible to do energy work, since you are meditating in a way. Although, I never tried it, and I couldn't do this, it does require a lot of practice with trance, and focus.

There were only 2 times I was lucid dreaming, but next time if I remember it, I'll try to do energy work.

Most of the 8-fold path is disabled in the dream state. For mantra, mental vibrations are considerably less effective than out loud. But meditation is enabled. Effectiveness is decided by the skill of the person in question. This is why is said above that single-pointed training is doable in a dream state. It is also a skill that is very much required to have an effective session to begin with. I would recommend that you start with that instead of whatever method for energy work you had in mind.

What do you mean by single-pointed training? I haven't really heard this before.
I was thinking about like chakra spinning, cleaning, or something. It is possible to visualize and do these things in a dream?

Im curious please tell me do you have this dreams inside dreams intencionaly or they just happen? That is so cool

So meditation is a pure physical, awakened state action?

Because there is Yoga Nidra and some people have meditated even non-JoS like Dreamviews or other LD/AP websites and some have astral projected and done meditations.

I guess this is why the physical vessel is so important to store the energies of the meditation and feed the mind, body, and soul with spiritual food so to speak.

What about these things like Yoga Nidra, LD meditation, AP meditation?

In dreams, the other frequency is usually lower in terms of meditation.

I recommend that you meditate when you are not in lucid dreams, but in reality, because in deep trance meditations (when you are awake) Your brain has higher frequencies that allow you to achieve great and real results!

I have not done this intentionally. Yet. :)

Void meditation and all of its iterations.

Skills are built from the ground up, and in this instance, it is important to be able to control one's dream and subconscious before anything else.

The things you mentioned are not very effective in a dream state, but everyone is free to experiment, for sure.
