Some women are pretty and pleasant people to be around. But they don't know how to be romantic & inviting. Some do, but not without sacrificing their dignity, and this can also be a turnoff.

Being friendly is one thing, but it's neuter. It's what's to be expected of any decent human being. But it's not sexually charged, it's unisex. You have to also be feminine. Show that you would be a good wife/mother, a good companion, someone who would put wind in the sails of someone special. Find someone you like and suggest that they could be someone special.

You also need to be aware of your own red flags and fix them, because everybody has them and many women are unaware or unwilling to work on them.

If you are unusually tall or beautiful, then this can be intimidating to men, you may need to put more effort in. Also, if you seem unhealthy, like being very overweight or underweight for example, then this will be a turnoff. Men could very well be interested but for whatever reason you may not see it. Many factors can go into your relationship problems.
