Question #1415: How do we give energy to the Gods?

I wanted to give energy to one of the gods to say thanks for them being present and helping me in my life but I'm not sure how to properly do this and I hope I didn't do it wrong. Last night I vibrated Sowilo x80 and tried to form it into a ball and give it to one of the gods but I'm not sure if this worked or not and I dont want to vibrate runes and let the energy go to waste. when I was done I asked them to come and take the energy and do whatever they wanted with it and I also thanked them for being present in my life and helping me out. Was this an ok way of doing this? Is it alright if we visualize their sigil glowing whitegold and surrounded by the sowilo rune with intent that energy is going to them?

This is fine, but a better way would be to simple doing the ritual of that God, which helps them in a more pronounced way.

The energy was definitely taken from you. If you have a problem then you can alternatively ask for help from your Guardian, in purpose of directing the energy.

You can also raise the energy in yourself and ask them to take it.
For example, after meditating on your chakras or raising energy via runes, you should feel a buzz. Visualize yourself in a golden sphere of energy or engulfed in golden flames. As you do this, ask the God/Goddess to respectfully collect this raised energy.

The same can be done with the energy from your orgasms.
