Give them spiritual energies.
For example when cleaning since you can't vibrate. Try and consider Returning Curses pt.1 and negative energy sloughing(i.e. un-programmed energy). And perform passive spiritual warfare, the Gods are engaging the enemy. Let the Gods have the negative baneful energy.
You can also donate energy breath in energy maybe vibrate in a quieter amount and donate energy.
As well as if masturbating or having sex, I'm assuming your a younger person so when you play with yourself. Consider donating to Satan himself.
Some have mentioned masturbating/sex is awkward for some entities, there have been people who've stated the corresponding entity they work with came in and found it weird. It's perfectly fine to leave it to Satan, in fact not to make Satan the stereotypical enemy, omni God. But it's best to let him deal with it after all he can send it off to the subordinate entities that are required.
Really to be honest the Gods prefer Spiritual Warfare, meditation, and the use of energy. Many, MANY things are taken too literal. What needs to be literal is Spiritual and what needs to be Spiritual is literal.
In many cases the statement "Everything is backwards" is so fucking true. God and the Devil are backwards...rings home for many.
Anyways good luck and don't be afraid of praying to Satan or like HP.Lydia mentioned on GD to ask for help with meditating. It sounds weird to ask the Gods you might feel like your bothering them but they can guide you to meditate. Although for some quiet meditations is better. Perhaps you should consider training your mind and soul in the way your family treats you without chanting/vibrating. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if the Gods are annoying you to summon someone or work with someone. Maybe a God/-dess is specifically targeting you to work with them, think Spiritual.
I understand physical vibration is perfectly great. But some people do live in areas of the World or families who are utterly hostile towards that lifestyle.
Shame to hear you can't meditate to the fullest. Consider using your mind and follow the intuition the Gods lay about to help you.
