How could someone who's a Leo Ascendant use a Sun Square to their advantage for transforming their physical body? The Sun rules over the muscles and as a Leo ascendant the Sun also naturally rules the persons 1st house and the physical body.
How should I affirm the energy to transform my physical body in different ways like building muscle and fat loss? Also what type square should I use for something like this? Spiritual or Material? My natal Sun is not placed in my first house but I'm a Leo ascendant so the Sun rules my first house anyways. I would like to know the best way of adding more Solar energy into my 1st house and using this energy to get my body in its best physical condition.
