Just tune into them. If you started to open them, and you can still „feel“ them, I‘d say that’s a good sign.
Just tune into them, reopen those chakras which you can not feel. After you have opened all your chakras, you could do the full chakra meditation. But don’t overdo it, as you can fry yourself.
Frying means, that you strain your chakras too much, and that you lose all progress. Keep it slow in the beginning, and build up on that. So don’t do powermeditations for hours when you are new.
