I was meditating for an unspecific amount of time yesterday, just experimenting out of boredom in medium to deep trance. I noticed a knot in my right elbow so I sent energy through it. I "sparked" my pineal gland while doing so and was able to amplify my power, at least it seemed that way. My visualizations were more intense and the energy I sent generally felt more powerful, or perhaps instead I just improved my ability to sense it. I can't decide which, or what the exact purpose of using the pineal gland this way. Is this what was actually meant by the "drawing energy meditation"? If so, I've honestly assumed it meant absorbing energy during both inhaling and exhaling.

I experimented more with the pineal gland and did a quick chakra meditation, then decided there might be a similar function to the sacral. When I activated the sacral on it's own, I didn't feel much of anything except some heat, but when I activated the pineal and the sacral at the same time it felt like my aura caught on fire. It seemed that the heat I usually feel in the spine was instead released into the aura, which is a nice change. The visualizations and energy I was able to use felt about as intense but drastically different. I was able to alternate between both by controlling the stimulation of the pineal and sacral. The pineal seemed to amplify energy but not alter energy, where the sacral seemed to alter energy and not amplify it.

When I asked people about this they told me I was trying to cut corners as usual. They're more advanced than me yet seem to not experience this. I'll check later if the other chakras have these functions or if it's only these two.

Does anyone here know about what this is? I must admit I could be entirely wrong in my observations on the matter.
