How can I overcome my fear of meditating?

When I was a senior in high school, I felt very depressed and unhappy. So I did pineal gland meditation a few times. I wasn't SS at that time. I didn't know that pineal gland meditation strengthens psychic abilities. I just did it to feel happy. But my telepathy ability had increased, although not significantly. Even though I didn't try very hard, I could easily enter people's dreams and feel their energy. But I was unaware that I was entering other people's dreams lol. Some who noticed this told other people. I don't think these are extraordinary abilities but i was treated like an alien by other people. After high school ended, a kid still continued to tell this to the people in my life. So I cursed him, telling him not to bother with me. 1 month later, he experienced something very bad lol. He thought I cast a spell on him. That's why people around me badmouthed me. I haven't meditated for a very long time anymore. Otherwise, I think I will be harassed and experience bad things by people. How can I overcome it?

First of all I am so sorry for things you had to go through.
You should remember Satan wants us to be safe and it is okay to hide in the shadows sometimes.
About meditations, this meditative practices are for us to achieve Magnum Opus (Godhead). It is hard and sometimes tiring. My reccomendation is, start with RTR (Reverse Torah Ritual). And get into basic Power Meditations. RTR is not only a way of cursing the false god but also a self protection mechanism. So please be aware of it.

for handling that you need to do (AOP) every day,
using white gold color (preferable directly from the sun) for fast results.

Not to be rude but if the only thing you ever did is some sporadic pineal gland medition, you probably don't have the actual knowledge and consciousness to tell apart which is real to which is not. People around us act according to our behaviour, there's no way a "normal" person can tell of someone is really entering their dream. For the curse part, you have no way to tell, there's a whole difference between simple cussing someone's back, and actual black magic works.
But by all means if you are scared to meditate for people's behaviour, it means you want to allow others dictate your fate. Unless you have flags and light signs outside your bedroom that tells everyone you meditate there's no way they could know. There are tons of meditation you could do while pretending to be asleep if you want to go for extreme ways.
Overall you need spiritual notions and actual experience to tell things apart. Neptune's energies can mess your life up if you don't put your feet to the ground.

It's not just these people. I know that I have entered the dreams of my sister and my dates because I was told this by these people. These people dreamed exactly the way I imagined. And about the girl I had an image of, her friend asked me why I was bothering her every day, and I had no contact with this girl in real life. I never liked that girl. Why would a person who has no problems with anyone and has 2 or 3 friends be treated hostilely for no reason? And my sister said to someone, I hope you have a traffic accident, and that person had a traffic accident a week later. If you were this person, you might think that a spell was cast on you.

That's the thing "think" without knowing is different from actual reality. Look I'm not saying that you're making things up, mine is just a tips. Increase your spiritual notions, meditate and go further. Only with this weapons you will be able to distinguish and actually understand what's going on. It like talking about the whole math subject only knowing the basics. You can make assumptions, or "think" about which is and which is not. But you will never actually understand, let alone taking what people without proper knowledge saying for granted. I'm just suggesting you to go further into the spiritual path, and focus on the present. Or else Neptune's energies are goona catch up to you, and they are as gorgeus as dangerous if not handled properly. I wish you a great journey, and be careful telling people around you what you can or cannot.
