Very true, JG BlackDragon. I've even done life-changing workings without any mantras at all. I used:

-Breathing in the color applicable to my specific goal (on the inhale)

-Affirmation (on the exhale)

-Will

-Visualization

-Feeling it like it was real

Excellent post! This is one of the most important things I learned here on the JoS. The power of the workings mainly comes from your mind and soul.

Many people think that Magic requires complex rituals to be effective, and they think that this is the biggest part, but they're completely wrong. If this was the case, any dork who can move stuff around in a precise manner would be the most powerful mage ever lol.

Like you said this also applies for Mantras, your own power will determine how powerful the working will be, not the Mantra used. Two people can use the same one and have very different results.

Getting the basics down is the most important thing in my opinion. Focus, visualization, directing energy, reaching the trance state faster, and so on. There is so much room for improvement for these skills, and they are the basis for everything else.

This is absolutely true. Just because a meditation or spell is "simple" does not mean that its effects are inferior to those of more "complex" ones.

There are different ways of doing them and different levels. But the human mind works in exactly the distorted way that the age "demands" and once again takes responsibility away from the individual and pushes it to the outside world.

No, you are not powerless, meditations are very simple and ineffective! Then use the advanced ones and you can easily make the girl fall in love with you.

It's really frightening sometimes to see how wrong even the simplest things in life can be done.

Yes. Nice flex post, I'm privy to that kind of thing myself. What people actually want are shortcuts to power, which exist but not without consequences. We can pretend they don't exist, but they certainly do. I strongly agree that simplicity is strongly underrated. Unfortunately unless a working appears to be complex on the surface, most people won't be immersed enough to take the ritual seriously. Most people also strongly underestimate how powerful some people are.

However, it's very unlikely regardless that you were able to influence someone in that short amount of time with so little effort. There are certainly some scenarios where it would be possible, but I couldn't imagine that being true unless you're kundalini ascended and the person was like beetlejuice (the entertainer) level retarded. Perhaps your goal wasn't significant, hard to say with the amount of details you gave.

A lot of people are just not that powerful especially compared to a SS who meditate everyday. I don't think OP was flexing at all but just giving a really great advice. What matter to manifestation is your focus and your level of power then the technique you use to manifest is important but I'd say not like the first two.

Strong foundation = success/better results no matter the type of method used/higher meditation.

Shortcuts exist of course. What the jews do is mostly shortcut magic, example; death energy used with numerology and egregore. One would've to build a cult if they want to use shortcuts, just like the jews. Other than that there are no shortcuts for a single person. if a person's soul is weak, a working may or may not give the desired results, nor will the results manifest at the desired time. It could take weeks, months, years, or even decades if the person only focuses on method, and not the required energy/power for their task.

People dont value a firm basis in energy work until they try the advanced stuff and realise they gotta go back to basics first and take things more seriously or at least thats what happened to me. Your post is very helpful. Its sad that people hit this wall of "I cant do it" because they didnt put enough into basic energy workings and sensing energies and its even worse when they outright ignore the basics.

It may be helpful or effective to add a slogan type explanation in your footnotes of your posts. More people would see it more often too. Imagine each JoS Guardian put a piece of advise like that in there posts footnote not only to quiet such odd questions (they didnt do the basics in the first place so why ask for more advanced stuff right?) But it would also give JoS members a reminder to take things more seriously in terms of basic development. I get that you have to be there on all levels (as guardians right?) but is there any level more important than the beginning ones? No start equals no progress right?

This is so fucking true. The basics are everything if you want to advance. Unless you are one of the "lucky" ones who is born with certain skills already like perfect focus and so on then you need to train them if you want to get results, I want to add to this that these people are not lucky but they have trained in past lives these skills and this is why they are born with them. There is no shortcut, at best an affirmation for helping to develop these skills can be done but you still need to train them. And I know it takes time but being a SS is a lifetime process.

There is no shortcut, at best an affirmation for helping to develop these skills can be done but you still need to train them. And I know it takes time but being a SS is a lifetime process.

Chakra work is so important. The JoS "meditations" are designed to open the mind (I quoted from a dream I saw Zeus in) so even if I ever meet someone born with such traits or gifts I would rather develope myself then fuss over such a person. Its a wonderful thing to appreciate self development but theres always that damn hurry the newer meditators get acting like every meditation should be quick and easy so they will simply open in 20 minutes.

Its true that there is no shortcut to opening the chakras but alot of people believe it takes 10 to 20 years to open the 3rd eye. Let me tell you the knowledge is freely available on the JoS , if someone takes that long to open there 3rd eye they probably doing something very wrong. Unblock it, open it, empower it. Being willing to put in the effort and really try daily makes the difference. Every effort to open takes us further and its always onward to the next meditation and those meditations get applied to other chakras too and thats where the life long journey comes in but people fall for silly traps to prevent that journey from ever happening. Traps like "Im not gifted" and "Im gifted" only creates problems. Its about effort daily as this brings results not day dreams of being born with it.

Sorry if I went off abit there but it can be hard to break the ridiculous misconceptions and illusions that stop people before they even started.
