So much emphasis has been put into numbers it is getting a bit out of hand in my opinion. Focusing solely on the numbers tells nothing about actual energy raised. Yes, numbers have properties, but so do the time spent in meditation and how well the focus was during the session determine what was actually accomplished.

I think this is too broad. It is better to split this up into separate workings, such as one for motivation and strength/success, another for health and purification, and the last being protection.

By splitting it into separate workings, not only does this focus the energies on specific goals (whereas before they may get diffused from too many objectives), but you can also take advantage of the specific timing for each, as well.

I like to have my affirmations more broad, so I can decide which aspect off it, I need at the time most, while saying the affirmation, by focusing on it or working with different colors (see ² for other people explained). I usually do such workings long term or I just say the affirmation focus on the color (e.g. whitegold) and let the energy decide by least resistance where it can help me the most.

I also don´t like to do many smal workings with less reps, they are to easy to mess up. My Mala Bead has 111 beads I try to stick to it.(one white magic one black magic [for new people info])
