Today after completing my chakra meditation for the hour, I felt an engulfing surge of bliss and power wash over me. I felt so.. Happy. Thank you everyone for guiding me to this.

Are you doing the meditations in order of this programme?
https://satanslibrary.org/hp_hooded_cobra_40_day_meditation_program.pdf

Honestly I have been doing it from top to bottom how JoS shows me, but if you'd like and think it would be better to do HPHC's way I will.

Damn you‘re making fast progress. Make sure not to overdo it, I heard that some new people fried their chakras by doing too much in the beginning.

But as this never happened to me, I can only tell you what I picked up here and there.

Anyways, congratulations on your progress!!

You are doing too fast and I think you didn't read what it says on the JoS about these meditations. Only opening of the third eye is 4 days, did you do it for 4 days? Then, did you do 6th chakra for 7 days?

That's good to hear. Keep going, this is just the beginning of your spiritual journey, and it only gets better from here. Good luck!

Thanks so much! I'm very happy to hear I'm doing well :D but what happens if you get your chakras?

Another great addition is to combine it with the deep cleaning of chakras meditation that Lydia posted.
Clean & Empowered chakras are 100% the way to go!~

Congrats! Seeing other people achieve their spiritual goals like for example feeling the blissful sensation you mentioned , gives me so much hope for the future. Continue advancing but don't exaggerate. It is as HoodedCobra said , step by step .

So today at 724 pm, I was meditating on my 6th chakra. I read at JoS that I might feel a slight pressure. It felt like my head was being crushed. I stopped immediately to ask you guys: Was I doing something wrong? I did exactly what JoS told me to do. And I've done this before, but it was never this extreme. Should I continue meditating later or should I take a break?

Take a few days of, and try again carefully maybe this weeks Thursday.

To soothe your soul and the chakra, you ca do a few breaths of white gold energy as explained by the foundation meditation on the JoS beginners section.

In your case, 3 breaths is enough, then gently let the white gold light permeate through your head. Nothing more.

The energy should feel soft, gentle and velvety, not sharp or piercing. Like the feeling of pleasantly warm sunlight on your skin.

What meditation were you doing exactly? Did you vibrate mantra's, or just focused your mind and tried opening it by directing energy at the chakra and feeling it?

Do as Voice of Enki told you, but read this
https://joyofsatan.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/OpeningChakras.html
This is the order you should open your chakras. First third eye, then the 6th chakra.

The early meditations typically should be easiest to get the feel for, but as a warning, I caution against moving to the intermediate and especially advanced meditations unless other members say so. Moving ahead too quickly without grounding yourself or thoroughly cleaning yourself can slow you down as it did for me, when I burned out for a few months trying to get a feel for the elements. I succeeded but didn't really accomplish much for not focusing on cleaning as much as we should.

Give thorough reading to Lydia's deep cleaning advice as well, it's convenient in the timing that she mentions that'll come up to start with this.

For a complete beginner, especially someone in their teens, even something like Lydia's deep cleaning is too advanced to begin with.

Care must be taken to gradually allow the mind, body and soul to adapt to spiritual practice, from literal baby steps.

If one goes too hard, it can overload the sensitive being and do difficult to reverse harm.

This is why patience isn't very important, and why beginners really need to be cautious and aware of their limits, which can be difficult if you are only a teen.

Finding the JoS as a teen can be the greatest blessing, but if care is not taken it can also make life very difficult. Usually however, a person destined to be an SS finds the Joy of Satan at the right time for them, so for this person there shouldn't be much risk.

Still, do be cautious on what level of advice you give. Even things that appear very beginner friendly to you, may very well be excessive for the novice.

Deep cleaning is definitely more on the intermediate level, and is something which a person will do in stages throughout their advancement.

For a true beginner, it is still too advanced to start with. Reading about it can be helpful though, to give insight and to prepare them for their later practice.

Hail Satan!

I was doing void meditation (though I never got the hang of it) and a bit of flame meditation. And I think I have been doing too many breaths. I have been doing like 8-9. I will take a break after I sooth my soul. But I'm still on the middle of chakra meditation, my friend accidently skipped a day on her third eye and looked like she was gonna throw up all the time the next day. Would this happen to me?
Thanks for your help!

This is why I stressed importance about advice from other members lol, I'm not a good judge of what's beginner friendly or beyond. I've always been able to get the feel for advance stuff while just not realizing in the beginning how it "sapped" me for lack of better descriptions, and my lack of spiritual senses not being strong enough. We definitely need the actual advanced members giving good ratings for these things.

Think this was a typo? Everything else you said seemed like you were saying patience is very important? I can't tell here.

It shouldn't happen to you. Though if a drop in energies is too abrupt, it may have adverse affects, which is why I advised to soothe your soul first.

Keep doing the foundation meditation from the Joy of Satan beginner meditations page, just take a break from working on your chakra's.

I'd also suggest you avoid doing Flame meditation for now, until you get the hang of regular void meditation. Keep practicing it every day for 15 or so minutes, and you can get the hang of it with time and persistence.

Flame meditation can be more intense, due to the elemental fire from the candle. If you are breathing in while focusing intently on the candle, it is likely you are accidentally breathing in fire elemental energy, which your soul cannot handle at all.

To do flame meditation, one only focuses on the flame, to focus the mind, not to draw in breath while doing so, unless one is specifically trying to work with fire elemental energy, which is very advanced and would burn you literally if done wrong.

As for the number of breaths when doing energy breathing(Pranayama techniques), since you are very new, start with fewer breaths, 3-5, and focus more on the feeling of the energy, feeling it flow through your body and Nadi's, etc. The feeling is emphasized on the meditation page for the foundation meditation as well. It is the most important point, especially for a new meditator.

Here is the link to the Foundation Meditation page:

https://satanisgod.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Foundation_Meditation.html

Good luck and be careful with your practice. Be aware of your limits and build up piece by piece.

Hail Satan!

You look like you have much potential, but don’t overdo it too early on brother.

Whenever I'm in direct sunlight, no matter how cold it is-I always feel warm and calm. Am I accidently sun meditating or something? Like today for instance- It was 38 degrees and all my friends were wearing their winter shit on. I came in a T-Shirt and pants. I didn't feel cold, I felt warm, like a soothing feeling. The feeling you get in a hot bath.

Thanks NinRick for your advice, support, and being an overall good person :)

There's an excerpt by HP Maxine that says yogis/ meditators that balanced their elements can whistand extreme cold and extreme heat.

Today, after completing my meditations and shit, I decided to try and see my aura. It took a couple of minutes but soon I could see a redish gold haze around my figures. Does anyone know what the colors mean?

In the past, as I was doing my Chakra meditation, I felt as if my head was being crushed. I sought help and soothed my soul as instructed. But now, I don't feel anything when I do my meditations. Does anyone know how to un-sooth my soul?

You're just getting used to it! Just maintain the consistency and when it feels right, you advance further with extra reps, taking more time, or just doing more advanced workings.
