Help/advice appreciated: Poltergeist is causing regular sleep paralysis

Hello Forum, I have been a quiet lurker here for some weeks. Now its time for some practical question:

This does not happen to me, but two good comrades of mine who live in a old village house. They regulary wake up in a sleep paralysis or in their dreams they encounter a man that has died in this house years before they were even born. They have no relations to the man. They just heard the story of an evil man that lived and died in this house. (I will ask for the exact story, I think he was related to capital punishments.)

In their dreams they tell him to "f**k off" but friend A has a paranormal encounter with this man again every month, friend B claims this happes almost weekly. This started to happen a few months ago.

Anyone got a ritual to cleanse this house? Please tel me if you had a similar experience and how you dealt with it. Can/Should I get in contact with this "poltergeist" or just banish it?

Thanks, I instructed them to do a little ritual just to establish a clear wish and project it out there.

I am staying there over night next weekend. I never had a sleep paralysis, would be interesting to experience one.
