I wouldn't expect modern science to `prove` anything related to metaphysics and spirituality to the masses, because modern science is mainly funded by rich jews and governments (which are ruled by rich jews) and promotes a fully material paradigm. I know from an army general (not personally, he mentionned this on a TV series) that during WW2 astral projection was practiced at top level to find enemy bases or documents, so lucid dreaming is probably nothing for modern science. This also shows that real science is not public, but secret and hidden from people.

Even if it was publicly admitted by science, most people are extremely brainwashed and ignorant, they would still call you conspiracy theorist for believing in lucid dreaming. Many things which are already scientifically proven are denied by most people because they are too busy playing on playstation and watching netflix instead of researching these matters. Also a scientific discovery doesn't spread in the media like covid did, but it is most likely posted in a few scientific reports and magazines and that's it, most people won't even hear about them because they will not pop in the news all day long.

Usually when anyone can prove psychic phenomena as real they end up in a government lab or cell somewhere. Even the pussy new agers can lucid dream though, it's widely accepted across the "pagan" community. I wouldn't expect mainstream recognition of it while our planet is still being screwed by the Jews.

It has, one google search will tell you this. It was done by coordinating eye movement. For instance the researcher would ask these people to move their eyes in a certain way in a lucid dream and they did it
