FRTR - affirmations

When i do FRTR at the end when i must read affirmations is it ok if i read and than imagine or visualize what i say. For example: "The Hebrew alphabet is now dead in every way". Could i imagine that their alphabet is now dead? Is this better than just reading affirmations?

Do i use my hatred when i read affirmations or also when i vibrate words?
