1)Does anyone anyone have as sermon link to this (or can discredit this)
2)What are the elements/energies of each race.
3)If a person is who's half black had children with a full black produced a child who's 3/4 black does it count as restoring 'racial architecture'/elements/energies in anyway.

I don't know who that scion of atlantis person is, or how credible they are. But all of that sounds like nonsense.

There is not a different element for each race. Each individual person has a different balance between the different elements, and this has nothing to do with race.

Your 3rd point, this is true. If a mixed black and white person has a child with a black person, their child will be almost entirely black.
