I am curious, in due time I will work on regaining mine but I was just wondering for the time being.

Also there's this very detailed what happens when you die paper Maxine wrote. I can't remember where it's located but it's a very informative read

I would say no, as in order to even regain your past memories while alive you have to go back and see them for yourself, and our souls are consistent through lifetimes.

As for the article you are looking for I can only provide a couple of links that I know of. Perhaps you can ask Satan to help you find it if it means so much to you.

Death, The Afterlife and Hell

The Afterlife and Reincarnation

To remember your past lifes if you die and you are reincarnated you have to reach a certain spiritual level. If i'm not wrong it should be the less raimbow body. But to be honest i think if it wasn't for the jewish curses everyone would remember their past lifes.

Is it possible for past memories to fade out permanently to the point that they cannot be recovered even with PLR and completing the Magnus Opus?

No it's not possible as everything is essentially imprinted on the astral, if you want to remember something or go through a series of memories, the astral will be fully able to help you with that, unless there is some form of powerful spiritual interference.

We can 'go back in time' but not ahead.
