Since moon is hitting Capricorn often the past couple and future months, I'd like to know which types of runes is best to use to get a social standing/authoritarian career and the like

I already found a job with Fehu,Sowillo,Wunjo but now I want to advance more.

Are the runes above the best to go for it or should I add something else in my working.
