People with air emphasis are not comfortable with becoming too settled in something and back off from any condition that appears too slow, as they get easily bored.
They are interested in comprehending life. They like to observe, analyze and ask themself questions (Air is the brainiest of all the elements). They can suffer from monotony and because of this a lot of variety and change is required. They can sound smart and seem to know a lot, but on the other side they don't empathize very easily. They really love to get lost in thoughts and observations about anything, even the simplest and most ridiculous and they might even create situations themselves from where they then obtain information.
These people hate being alone and although they hate monotony, this does not translate into wanting more than one relationship at a time and in fact Libra emphasis, as a cardinal air sign, tends to the traditional monogamous relationship. The perfect marriage for a person with Libra emphasis would be one of equals, where neither dominates over the other in any way (they love freedom in any form of expression).
