Yes, of course, "degeneracy" is only possible because of spiritual degeneracy, we can say they are two sides of the same coin.
It would be optimal to have Black spiritual leaders but what we have now is also good and open for every Black to follow the Gods. On ToZ's end, there are no limits. However, you would need to find out the related fees, etc. regarding the purchase and transfer so that the donation makes sense. During the 2024 Yule raffle, we had people making donations about 50% of what they put in due to exorbitant transfer fees. Being educated about the subject helps a lot.

Honestly, I see blessings as evolving and progressing spiritually and at least having my basic needs in order to survive for I'm responsible for getting what I want, which is usually temporary. I wouldn't donate out of a hope that I'd get a stable home because I don't see my Gods as genies. I'm only homeless due to debt and a now bad credit score that's preventing me from getting approved for at least a decent studio apartment. Don't worry. I'm looking into debt relief programs to get back on track. My homelessness isn't like the average homeless, which is why I don't mind donating. It's just that most things mentioned on the crypto donation page doesn't take Discover Debit.

On another note, it is not necessarily a good idea to expect something in return for a donation (because it is a donation, not a purchase). But it just so happens when we give something of ours to the whole, it usually happens that it benefits the giver as well.
