My GD directed me to an edition of this book. This problem is, while Attali has spoken about a virus ushering in a new order, the book itself (at least in this edition) contains no reference to a virus. Actually, what is predicted in the book is different yet just as bad.
In the original interview, Saloman (jew) asks him about the future of the old in the 21st century. Attali says old people will be given as low healthcare budgets as possible because they run at a net negative in capitalist society (i.e. they don't consume enough) and their memories of how things used to be are too long, so they will have to be disposed of cheaply and discreetly.
This makes more sense to me, as this guy is a major shill for third world labor and refugees. Saloman asks him what the future holds in the 21st century for the Western world, and Attali says the first world man (Amalek) will be thrown into 'anguish' in the 21st century. According to him, the first world man will have to perform 'commercial convivality' (code for endless consumption of products and providing obedient services with a smile to brown conquerors).
He then predicts endless racial wars, chaos and the first world being invaded by millions of immigrants. Somehow the person 'quoting' this book took the exact opposite meaning of this, reformulating Attali into some third world genocider.
Here is the most insane part of the interview: Attali also thinks that fetuses shall be genetically engineered to be 'copies of men' or chimeras of human-animal hybrids who can work as slaves!!! OUT OF ALL THE CRAP IN THE BOOK THIS IS THE MOST PSYCHOTIC THING OF ALL!
And if you ask me, with the mRNA vaccine taboo being shoved in the back door, this is also the most sinister thing.
He also says in some other quote which somehow was also overlooked that people will need to pay corporations FOR INSURING EVERYTHING. The right to eat, the right to walk, the right to think.
Now, here is the point.. Attali DID actually write about creating a global pandemic, which is from his column from 2009. But notice how it's about CREATING A WORLD GOVERNMENT VIA A PANDEMIC. NOTHING ABOUT STERILIZING THIRD WORLDERS OR WHATEVER:
History teaches us that humanity only evolves significantly when it is truly afraid... The pandemic that is beginning could trigger one of these structural fears. (...)
If the epidemic is a little more serious, which is possible, since it is transmissible by humans, it will have truly global consequences: economic (models suggest that this could lead to a loss of 3 trillion dollars, i.e. a 5% drop in global GDP) and political (because of the risk of contagion, the countries of the North will have an interest in ensuring that those in the South are not sick, and they will have to ensure that the poorest have access to to drugs now stored for the richest only); a major pandemic will then raise awareness, better than any humanitarian or ecological discourse, of the need for altruism [communism], at least interest in such.
And, even if, as we can obviously hope, this crisis is not very serious, we must not forget, as for the economic crisis, to learn the lessons, so that before the next one - this is inevitable - prevention and control mechanisms [wear the mask take the vax] are put in place, as well as logistical processes for the equitable distribution of drugs and vaccines [communism]. We will have to set up a world police force, a world storage system and therefore a world tax system. We will then come to the point, much more quickly than would have been possible on economic grounds alone, of putting in place the foundations of a genuine world government. It was in fact through the hospital that the establishment of a real state began in France in the 17th century...
I wouldn't even be surprised if the fake quote was created by meshing his blog, his column and the book together then inverting parts of it to make him seem like some elitist purely to make the anti-vax/lockdown camp look wrong or tie them further into xian revelations paranoia about 'muh disabled and third world shoah'.
It reaching Alex Jones in this form smells of disinformation to me.
