I literally feel like Truman from The Truman Show and it's spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically exhausting. Somebody please help!

Aura of protection helps very much in gangstalkings or stuff like that, when you will have it really strong, you will have immune in such way so it will have no effect on you, you will know that it is there but it will not be on your mind. Void meditation helps in this, specific candle flame meditation from JoyOfSatan is also very effective, and I would say it is essential and it takes very little time. Rise energies every day, yoga.

In order to see all this knowledge contained in these webpages and more, the way it is, meditations and yoga along with helping gods, is necessary as it will build you so you would be able to understand and handle it, when everything of these things is done(advance, study, help Gods,) everything what you need will come into place, and more things will be revealed.

Help to Gods may include FRTR, spreading truth but safely, trying to awake people, participating in ritual schedules and etc. In simple words be at least minimally active in making this world understand what is happening or undoing what is done by the enemy.
