hello ,ive recently started a working with nauthiz to build discipline ,the question is ,when i vibrate the rune i visualize it glowing with light and then the energy that has been built into it coming into my body ? i am sorry if this is a dumb question but i really dont know what to do

I would use black color for the visualization of Nauthiz because black is related to discipline.
