This question is for people who are somewhat educated about yoga. During my yoga sessions about 1/3 of the way through for the past week I have been getting "jello legs" and muscle spasms. I do about 10 poses in 30-40 minutes. What does this mean? I've been doing yoga for almost a year. I'm not pushing or straining just holding as usual. I do yoga on an empty stomach and drink 2 cups of water before and smoke a half a cigarette, just to give you more background. This usually happens during sun salutations. If anyone could help me that would be great.
