Maybe someone can help me. I found this site and learned about the breath of fire. So I tried it and had the most intense dream I have ever experienced. It felt so real and it was beyond anything I have ever experienced. In the dream I was told, "yoga is a weapon." What does that mean? Was it a communication from the Gods?

Yoga is weapon
Greetings, Brother!
Not sure what I can add in spiritual sense to the given answer, though if you are interested in historical moment as well of Ancient Pagan martial arts, yoga was actually used as weapon and martial art with specific weaponry and without it. No difference to how Qi Gong also was used in its martial forms.

Interesting!
I am finding it certainly helps with BJJ and staying calm under pressure. I have a bigger gas tank and seem to pick up on skills quicker
