So I've been wondering in this idea to create a pdf for Hatha Yoga session for partners, being couples or not, with the following asnas in this order (any insights will be apreciated):
Seated forward bend + Butterfly
Dual Straddle Stretch
Bow + bridge
Dual twist
Tripod/headstand/hamdstand + Shoulderstand
Fish pose + facing the floor (who did headstand in the other position, in this will face the floor and vice versa for eg., after this one they alternate and after rest in the back)
Aside of the well known beneficts of yoga for our spiritual development, this could be a good way to sincronize with you love partner or friend.
