Hello, everyone, today I come with simple question.
In HpHoodedCobra's meditation program, it shows the yoga last on the meditation routine, however, I have heard many members state they do yoga before their meditations.
Which is more optimal?The only part that gets me is that if I'm doing yoga first, I have to lay on my back for 10-15 minutes waiting for that buzz to direct energies, and that seems like something you'd want to end your session with.
