Yoga before or after meditation

Hello, everyone, today I come with simple question.
In HpHoodedCobra's meditation program, it shows the yoga last on the meditation routine, however, I have heard many members state they do yoga before their meditations.
Which is more optimal?The only part that gets me is that if I'm doing yoga first, I have to lay on my back for 10-15 minutes waiting for that buzz to direct energies, and that seems like something you'd want to end your session with.
Any feedback is appreciated.

I personally do yoga before meditating as it gets my energies going. Anyway, you can do yoga any time you want to, as it will interefere with meditating only in a good manner and will get you feel energy flows easier and oper your chackras in the same time

I read a post about how one of the ways you can raise your energies prior to meditation/ritual is doing yoga before. I personally find it helps to do it before, so energy is moving and activated.
