Has any one had any expierence working with crystals, in particularly Lemurian seed crystals? What are your expierences with them during medatation or any workings with them period. I couldent find any info on the JoS site about them.

I sometimes work with crystals though my astral senses aren't as sharp as I'd want them to be I'll try to describe it.
Whenever I work with a crystal(mainly quartz crystals) the energy has a very specific feel to it for each crystal type. When I take it in it feels like some sort of liquid is spreading through my body or the particular body part I'm using them on. To "use" a crystal just hold them in your left hand to draw energy from them or channel it as you would normally channel energy. I'm currently using a quartz crystal to take care of a neck problem. Considering I've had days when it hurts to turn my head before I started I'd say I'm at least 70% healed at this point.
