Working with color

Hi group, wanted to share my very recent experience. Been working tons on building my Aura using white gold light, so much so that kind of lost sight of working with colors.. in the last couple of weeks have had some personal issues with feeling very bitchy, arrogant and really short fused. What has been happening to me, as I've been shown, is over amped on white energy! This is all in the JOS teachings under power meditations, "Color Meditations". I thought I was that little bitch on the exorcist for a hot minute the way I felt and was acting. Hope this helps.
