Whenever I have done any work on the heart chakra like mantras gebo, wunjo, saulo or aum etc or even alternate nostril breathing, why is it that that I end up feeling pressure in my pineal/6th chakra?

The 4th chakra is a "connector" that "connects" the upper and lower chakras, plus it is "responsible" for the circulatory flows of energy through the energy channels/centers present in the Body/Soul.
When the circulation is "stimulated" one can feel stimulation caused by the "movement" of energy, even on other points, where one does not maintain one's concentration.
