Why did the Demons need to be freed?

Hola everyone,I have been wondering why did the demons need to be freed and how!?

arent they powerful enough to do anything?How could they be locked up?

Think that they lost a battle against angels/greys/reptillians that as a group were MORE powerful than them. And thats why they left earth, it was some 10k years ago i think. They had their kundalini fallen back to spine and thats the "fallen angel" allegory. I dunnno really the process of freeing them, a HP could answer that.
