White Tantric Yoga Question

I was talking to someone on youtube and we got into yoga and she says that white tantric yoga is much more powerful than that of kundalini yoga. I know white tantric was created by Yogi Bhajan who also brought kundlaini to the West. If anyone has been practicing this can anyone give insight in how powerful or advanced it truly is. I do not want to start any program if the effects are to advanced as I do not want to push myself. I might try some of the basics but still would like some insight.

From what I have read Bhajan was elected as  the leader of this system. But this system has been around for awhile and only one member may be the head leader. Its basically just watered down mantra chants and working with a partner. etc Bhajan did not bring Kundalini knowledge to the West either its always been here, and in the later time people like Avalon had already brought the Eastern branch of Tantra into the West.

Sorry, I have a DVD set from one of the yoga masters that Pythia has listed on the ToZ (Nirvair Singh Khalsa) and on this DVD set it said Bahjan brought Kundalini to the West. Thanks for the additonal info Don.
