lol I am trying to find this set of meditations that involved color or maybe it was only one. I thought this was in the hexagradior or maybe in the 6 month training program but I cant find it and cannot remember where I read it years ago. There was a meditation where you would close your eyes and try to identify the color according to its energy signature and then you would affirm that "this is how the color (red) feels, I can feel the color everytime im around it" or something of that sort. There was an older version of the 6 month training program Im aware and maybe the meditation is on there? There was also something called the spinning aura fields or some sort?
