I've recently started a new program. It works alot on the Pineal Gland, Pingala/Ida, Sushumna and Upper/Lower Chakras. My pineal at random times, usually during meditation, produces HEAVY energy, quite blissfull but not too much. I have no control over this; sometimes it goes and floods the top of my head, sometime it travels down to my Solar Plexus, sometimes it goes all the way down to my base chakra and sometimes it just travels through my Sushumna and exits the bottom and I have no idea where it goes. What's going on here?
Sexual/Kundalini Energy flows through my middle chakras no problem, then it doesn't exit my crown like it used to, it floods the top of my head and causes my pineal to release even more energy. When Kundalini Energy goes through my front or back etensions it all gathers at either my sacral, solar, heart or throath extentions, it impossible to tell which one, and there is also immense pressure on each of my of my etentions, sometime the enrgy goes haywire and cause severe pain in the area between my solar and sacral chakras which causes me to go to the toilet.
Whats happening?
When I do the cobra breath, the energy floods my pineal and causes it to release, again, heavy energy, this time it goes down to my scaral and it feels like i poured water over my scaral. Whats goin on?
