What's a better way in doing the Rituals

Is a high rep set for example I do 54 reps (multiple of 9) for the Communications Ritual but I just do this high rep set one time a day or is it better if i do that Ritual 3 times or more but just the minimum 9 reps in each set. Obviously I know doing both ways at the same time is the better choice and I know it's really important to not burn oneself out but I'm doing it in a responsible way and I know myself I can handle doing more than 9 reps or multiple sets throughout the day. I just want to know if one way is better to do than the other or is it about the same either way? Depending on the answer I might just go to multiple sets but not so high reps each time. (18, 27 instead of 54 or higher etc for example)
