First of all, I'm fairly certain what you're talking about is illegal, as it's a form of religious persecution/discrimination, regardless of what your beliefs are, Satanic, or otherwise, you cannot be forced into prayer and of course it's an utterly ridiculous thing to force anyone to do, but yet again it is another example of the imperialistic Christian mindset and the forcing of their values onto others. I'm not extremely savvy when it comes to legal issues, etc., but perhaps you'd want to make it known (if your employer is indeed threatening your job) that you are aware they are violating laws set forth to prevent workplace discrimination and if push comes to shove you will take steps to ensure they are help accountable for their actions.

They dare force you to pray? and threaten you with being fired if you don't?

You know what you should do, bring a tape recorder into work when they try to force you to pray again, just stay calm and hit the record button on the recorder in your pocket, make it seem like you're the victim as much as you can, but at the same time try to prod them to say, "if you don't pray you're fired."

From there I would consult a lawyer to see how they would go about this, because what they're doing is illegal, and you should be able to severely fuck them over for such heretical injustice.

Put an aura around your room and program the energy to repel everything and everyone. Make the light bright white. Do this at least twice a day. This might help.
