Thanks. I vibrated SaTaNaMa and felt great a raise of energy, than I did my meditation routine, which include Yoga and void meditation. I can't do much.. So this meditation routine is good for me.

Do a few rounds of cobra breath, that'll really help. The amount energy raised from this simple breathing exercise is surprising. Also I find alternate nostril breathing really helps me feel better when feeling overly frustrated or aggressive.
