<td val[/IMG]was doing the astral projection after i astrally projected myself after walking around for a few minutes i transformed into a dragon but this time i was just hovering over my body flapping my wings(hands)i felt a great surge of energy which i have never felt before in any meditations.I changed into a unicorn which flew straight up then nosedived into my body.It was a weird but great feeling.I had so much energy felt my body was gonna xplode and the feeling was really great.Tried the 2nd part of training flame meditition could not keep the flame from fading tried 3-4 times same thing.Can i go on to the next part even though i don't quite get it.
